Terra Verde is a stunning resort built around a 3 acre lake.

Located off Poinciana Blvd., Kissimmee, the resort is just 30 minutes away from Orlando international Airport and 15 minutes away from Walt Disney World and Downtown Disney. It is also a short drive from Universal Studios, Sea World and all the attractions in Orlando and central Florida. This highly sought after resort is a 24 hour gated community and is set amongst beautiful palm trees and plants.

Living and Dining Area

This room is located on the ground floor to the front of the house.

The living room has a large seating area, ceiling fan, coffee table, 2 side tables with lamps, a LCD HD television with cable.

Kitchen and Breakfast Area

The Kitchen is located at the rear of the house adjacent to the Living Room. It looks out onto the pool area through large patio doors.

The kitchen is fully fitted and features a nook with stylish Stone top table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern convenience possible, including a large refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, large four ring electric cooker / stove with oven, large microwave oven, coffee machine, etc.

Family Room

The Family room is located on the ground floor to the back of the house adjacent to the kitchen. It features luxurious leather sofas , 52 in HD TV, Cable, DVD player and TIVo, two side Tables with Lamps and a center Coffee Table.

Master Bedroom

Master bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor. The room features a King-size bed, ceiling fan, large dresser with mirror, large chest of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets with lamps, LCD HD television with cable, clock radio, walk-in wardrobe, very large ensuite bathroom with sink, bath and shower.

Master Bedroom 2

This room is located upstairs to the front of the house. The room features a king size bed, ceiling fan, 2 bedside cabinets with lamps, large chest of drawers and walk in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3

This room is located upstairs to the front of the house. The room features a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, 2 bedside cabinets with lamps, large chest of drawers and a large wardrobe.

Mickey and Minnie Themed Bedroom

These rooms features twin beds, 1 chest of drawers with a lamp, and a walk in wardrobe.

Disney Princess Themed Bedroom

This pretty Disney Princess room features twin beds, 1 chest of drawers and a large wardrobe.

Two Further Bedrooms

These rooms are located upstairs to the rear of the house. These rooms feature twin beds, bedside cabinets with lamps, chests of drawers and walk in wardrobes.

Games Room

This room is located at the front of the house and is equipped with a Fan, Pool Table, Air Hockey, and a mini Basket ball hoop game. There are also three bikes available to use.

POOL AREA

The pool area is located at the rear of the house with access from the kitchen patio doors, the pool area is protected by a pool screen enclosure. Privacy has been enhanced by adding screening and blinds to the pool screen.

The pool can be heated for an extra charge (see rates). The pool area features a round table with 6 chairs, 2 recliners, 2 ottomans, and 4 Chaise's.

For your added convenience, our villas has a highchair, a baby bath, two car booster seats, two strollers and a barbeque.
