MINIMUM STAY PERIODS

Bookings are only accepted for a minimum of 5 nights in low season, and a minimum of 7 nights in Holiday and high season.

CHECK IN/OUT

Check in time to all of our properties is at 4.00PM and check-out time is 11.00AM. Late check-out will be charged at $60.00 per hour until 4.00PM. After 4.00PM a full night will be charged (subject to availability).

KEY PICK-UP TIMES

Keys are deposited in a secure Lock Box, code is supplied before departure.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Before check-in, the guest must provide a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express deposit of US$400.00/£200.00 per stay. No charge is made to the credit card unless there are damages to the assigned property.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment is accepted in either of the following formats: Personal Check, Bankers Draft, or Credit Card. A 4% surcharge will be levied for credit card payment. Final Payment is due 12 weeks prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You are required to pay a Non-Refundable Deposit of $300 per vacation home, with the outstanding balance due 6 weeks before the arrival date. If you book any of our homes less than 6 weeks before arrival date the full balance will be due immediately.

Cancellation must be in writing by the party leader. In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply to each vacation home: 6 weeks or more prior to rental period - loss of deposit only, between 6 and 4 weeks - 50% Rental Charge. Less than 4 weeks 100% rental price. We strongly advise travel insurance which will cover most cancellation reasons.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Once a booking has been made, the Customer agrees to abide by the rules and legislation in reference to our homes for lease. The customer agrees to hold harmless the property owner from suits or claims of any guest in reference to damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed personal belongings. We STRONGLY recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance also covering personal belongings.

The customer agrees to hold harmless the property owner from any and all injuries to occupants, family members, or guests occurring on or about the premises.

The customer agrees to hold harmless the property owner, from any disruption to their vacation through 'acts-of-god' (inclement weather etc.).
